If your order arrived incorrectly or defective, please send us an email first with your contact information, order # and photos of the item(s) received to info@threadincstudios.com. We reserve the right to request evidence, such as images of the defect, before issuing an exchange.
Customers have 5 business days from the delivery date to return item(s) for a refund.
All shipping costs for returns must be covered by the customer.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the item you’ve purchased from our shop you can return the item for a refund or a replacement or an exchange provided you have the original tax invoice or slip/receipt.
Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and must have all accompanying tags/packaging. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Thread Inc. Studios will not accept returns for bodysuits, intimate wear, bathing suits/swimwear.
Thread Inc. Studios does not permit returns for SALE ITEM(S) or DISCOUNTED ITEM(S).
Please wait for online approval before sending your return. Otherwise, it will not be accepted, and refund will not be issued.
Thread Inc. Studios is not responsible for returned packages that are lost, stolen and not deliverable.
Returns will only be processed once we receive the package.
