We have different delivery services put in place for your preference and convenience .
Aramex delivery usually takes between 2-4 working days to deliver excluding processing time. Aramex delivers straight to your door.
Paxi delivery usually takes between 7-9 working days to deliver excluding processing time. Paxi delivers to your nearest Pep or Shoecity store then you will be able to collect your order using a pin code that will be sent to your phone in the form of an sms. An ID is required upon collection as a form of identification.
Postnet delivery usually takes between 2-3 working days to deliver excluding processing time. Postnet delivers to your nearest Postnet store. You will receive an sms or phone call when your order is ready for collection.
If delivery has not been made within the estimated delivery date please contact us so we can do a follow up with the responsible courier company.
Customers will be provided with a tracking number they can use to track their order on the chosen courier official site.
We do NOT deliver to PO Boxes addresses.
If you wish to dispute delivery of your order, you have 5 days starting from the day that the tracking status for you order is updated by the carrier as fulfilled (i.e. updated as delivered to the address set out in the Dispatch Confirmation). We reserve the right to request evidence, before issuing any refund of the price paid and/or any associated delivery costs.
Please make sure you or someone you know and trust will be present either at a home or work address to accept your delivery. If no one is present to receive the order, arrangements to re-deliver will be made by the courier service.
Please don’t refuse a delivery. Unfortunately, refused deliveries will incur a cost of the original delivery plus the return cost. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return cost in the case of refused deliveries.
